How Much Can You Earn From Affiliate Marketing?

So, how much money do affiliate marketers make in a month?

It depends.

It can go as high as three figures in a day. The really good ones make five figure incomes and the really, really good ones can make 6 figure incomes.

This is theoretically possible if the transaction involved is a high value or high volume transaction.

On the other hand, it could also go as low as $0.

The thing about affiliate marketing is that since your income would come in the form of commissions, it would not be as steady as you would like it to be. Don’t be fooled by hyped up blogs or articles screaming these kind of headlines:

“MAKE AS MUCH AS $100,000 IN A DAY! WITH OUR PROVEN FORMULA” 

If you are like me, who’s still reading about affiliate marketing and still learning the ins and outs of the industry, then chances are, we’re both earning the same, which is $0.  

Secrecy

Affiliate marketers have the most engaging personalities you will encounter online and offline.

They can weave stories very well.

They can engage the reader hours and hours on length on a given topic.

But despite all the glitz and glamor, they’re also the most secretive type of people.

They guard their strategies like a mother bear would her cubs.

They may use disinformation and complex terminologies to impress readers and potential followers into doing their bidding.(It's alright, you can trust me)

They are the masters of SEO, which stands for: Search Engine Optimization OR Social Engineering Optimization.

The first one, Search Engine Optimization, basically has to do with fiddling with the innards of a website to make Google find them better.

The second one, Social Engineering Optimization, is fiddling with your brain to make you do something. They do this, in order to survive and possibly, to dominate.

Ok, in this example, the first row has the words:   Sale | Lead | Click. 

The second row contains the words:

Lead: $6.00 USD

Basically, a Lead, is a Sales Lead. It's not yet a Sale.

For example, I get you, to try out a free trial membership on a dating website. You put your name and other information and use the website for a while. You don't pay yet, since it's a trial membership. That's a lead. I'll get $6.00 USD.

That's not much money, but if you think about it, what if I get a hundred people to sign up on that? Then I'll have $600 USD right?

That's the beauty of Affiliate Marketing. You can earn as much as you can, provided that you get the pulse of the people who puts their trust on you.
